Use it in coaching, consulting, workshops, corporate training, or any client-facing service without explicit written permission

Claim Ownership

Remove copyright or branding

Present the content as your own

Use our name, brand, or likeness without permission

Violations of this section may result in:

License termination

Revocation of account access

Legal action for damages

DMCA takedowns on any platforms where unauthorized content is uploaded

Payment, Access, and Delivery

Refunds

Digital Products are generally non-refundable due to their downloadable nature.

Chargebacks filed fraudulently will result in revoked access and may lead to legal collection proceedings.

Limitation of Liability
